Creative Laurels doesn't just inspire people to think outside of the box; it empowers them to find solutions and remove blocks, leading to a transformation towards their most creative and fulfilling lives. Creative Laurels was founded by Lauren Michele "L" Farrell. She is a creative powerhouse and public servant with over 15 years of experience leading innovative and strategic programs to improve communities, teams, and individuals. Her leadership experience is paired with her creative background in comedy and design. Her expertise is developing vision and leadership, bringing synthesis and creativity to bear in the public and private sectors by bringing out the best in people and organizations. Lauren is known for fostering an atmosphere of “Yes, And.” Her unique blend of professional and personal experiences and powerfully creative and curious mindset allow her to bring vision and evolution to any industry she enters.
